Multiple search methods are available:
(1) Search by selecting a Product category.
(2) Search by selecting a Data type (e.g., Manual, Software).
(3) Search by entering a Model number (prefix matching).
(4) Search from the list of new products (products released within the past year).
(5) Search by selecting the first letter of a model number.
Note: If both (1) and (2) are selected, the search will be performed using the AND condition.
How to find GLL files
All GLL files for Ease 4.4, EASE Focus 2 and 3, EASE Evac, and Ease Address can be downloaded at once.
Select “All” in Product category, “Speaker data” from Data type, then click a “Search” button.
Downloading Individual Files
Click the magnifying glass icon to view or save the file.Downloading Multiple Files
Click the cart icon to add a file to the cart. The icon's color will change to indicate that the file has been added.
Click the “View Cart & Download” button to display a list of files in the cart and download them in bulk.
The maximum total file size for bulk downloads is 100 MB.
If the total file size exceeds 100 MB, an error message will be displayed.
